The Enrich Australia team

TIM HARDY, Director worked in funds management in London for over 18 years as a fixed interest and equity manager, and since in superannuation business development in Australia.
   Tim has been actively involved in the not-for-profit sector for the past 14 years. He created his own charity, Friends In Deed Organisation (FIDO), a volunteering matching service, for which he has written a weekly column in the Sydney Morning Herald for the past seven years.
   Tim established Enrich Australia Pty Ltd in 2004 to support financial planners and other professional advisers in managing their clients' giving strategies . He has created, with fellow director and co-founder Mandy Lamkin, Gateway For Giving, an online resource to help individuals, businesses and professional advisers to provide giving strategies.
   Tim sits on the investment committee of the Fundraising Institute of Australia and trains the charity sector on trust and financial structures in giving. He has had positions on the boards of the Australasian Committee of the UN Environment Program for Socially Responsible Investments and Volunteering NSW, and has chaired the National Children's & Youth Law Centre.

MANDY LAMKIN, Director has an extensive background in coaching and facilitation. She designed the accredited programs run by Enrich Australia , along with the corresponding specialised philanthropy tools for advisers.
   Mandy is an accredited coach since 2001, and a Member of the International Coaching Federation and the Australian Journalists Association. She has qualifications in applied psychology and counselling, and over 20 years' comprehensive experience in training individuals and groups in a diverse range of skills-based personal development areas and philosophy.
   Mandy has trained for government agencies and non-profit organisations, and created and facilitated part of the renowned Quest for Life program for over three years. Her other work in the charity sector includes application of innovative approaches to substance abuse rehabilitation. She has also carried out oganisational/team coaching and values-based marketing for charities.
   Since 1997 Mandy Lamkin has headed up a non-profit organisation, The Tara Project Australia which has humanitarian projects in Australia and South Asia . Overall, she has 15 years diverse experience in local and international project management in the NGO sector.
